These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Storique, a multimodal software platform provided by Halasi AI Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Storique enables users to create personalized storybooks, including both digital and printed versions. The content of the book is created with the users custom AI model, which has been trained on user-uploaded images. The printing and shipping of physical books are fulfilled by our contracted partners.
By accessing or using Storique and its related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Storique is an advanced multimodal software platform designed to create highly personalized storybooks. Our technology allows users to define characters—whether real or imaginary—and embed them into unique, AI-generated stories with custom illustrations.
Account Creation & Character Definition
To access Storique, users enter their email address on storique.ai and receive a secure login link via email, directing them to their account on app.storique.ai. Within the platform, users can define characters in two ways:
- Imaginary Characters: Users provide a name and description.
- Real Individuals: Users upload eight high-quality photos of the person they wish to model. It is essential that each photo features only the intended person to ensure accurate AI training.
Up to three characters can be included in a single book.
Story Creation & AI Assistance
Once characters are defined, users can begin crafting a story. An AI assistant guides them through selecting key elements, including:
- Storyline development (with AI-generated assistance)
- Character roles within the story
- Book language, title, and summary
After finalizing these details, users proceed to place an order with payment.
AI-Generated Content & Editing
In the background, our AI agents:
Train a personalized AI model based on the uploaded images.
Write and illustrate the entire book, ensuring the story aligns with the user's preferences.
3. Deliver an initial fully illustrated version of the book within 24 hours. Users receive an email notification when their book is ready.
Users can edit both text and illustrations before finalizing:
- Text Editing: The AI assistant can regenerate text based on user input.
- Illustration Editing: Users describe desired illustrations in natural language. For example:*"@Max as a diver floating in the ocean, with colorful corals and a shipwreck behind him."*The AI will generate images incorporating the user's custom-trained characters.
Printing & Delivery
Once satisfied with the book, users can finalize their order. The book is then sent to our contracted print partners, who produce a unique hardcover edition and ship it to the provided address.
- Shipping Time: Orders are delivered within 6 business days.

At Storique, protecting your personal data is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to ensuring that your information is used solely for the purpose of creating your personalized AI model and delivering your custom storybook experience.
Exclusive Use of Uploaded Data: Any photos or information you upload are used exclusively for training your individual AI model. This model is unique to you and accessible only through your authenticated login within the Storique application.
Strict Access Control: For security reasons, authentication via login is required every time you wish to access your profile, uploaded content, generated books, or image generation features. This ensures that only you can access your personalized content.
Secure Data Storage: All data, including your uploads and custom AI models, are stored in state-of-the-art databases hosted in secure, industry-leading data centers. We implement strict technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access or misuse.
No Third-Party Usage: We do not use your personal data, uploads, or custom AI models for any other purpose beyond your individual book creation. Your data is never shared with third parties, fed into publicly available AI systems, or added to external databases.
User Control & Data Deletion: You remain in control of your data at all times. Should you wish to delete your uploads or custom AI model, you may request this at any time by writing to mail@storique.ai. Upon request, all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Order Fulfillment and Book Delivery: To deliver your printed storybook, we require certain personal information—such as your name, delivery address, and contact details. This information is used exclusively for order fulfillment:
- Local Print Partner – We securely share the finalized book file (in PDF format) and your contact data with our trusted print partner. The PDF is required to produce your physical book, and the contact details are only used for labeling and coordinating the print order.
- Shipping Partner – Your name and delivery address are shared with the shipping provider to ensure your book reaches you.
- Payment Provider – Our payment processor collects your payment and billing information solely to process your payment and generate your invoice. This data is used exclusively for transaction completion and is not utilized for any other purposes.
We do not share your personal data or book files with anyone else. Both your contact information and your book remain strictly private and are used only for the purpose of printing and delivering your order.
Storique's strength lies in our strict data protection practices: your creative journey remains private, secure, and exclusively yours.
To ensure optimal performance and quality of the Services, users must:
• Provide High-Quality Images for AI Training
- When defining a character based on a real individual, users must upload eight high-resolution photos where only the corresponding person is visible.
- Failure to provide clear, high-quality images may result in suboptimal outcomes, for which we cannot guarantee the desired quality of the generated content or the optimal functioning of the software.
• Review and Finalize the Story Before Printing
- Users are responsible for reviewing the initial draft of their storybook, including both text and illustrations.
- The platform allows users to edit and refine the content until they are fully satisfied.
- Once the user finalizes the book, no further changes can be made, and the book will be sent to our contracted print partners for production.
• Responsibility for Content
- The user is considered the author of the book and is solely responsible for the content within it.
- We do not modify, proofread, or censor the book's content before printing.

• Ordering Process
- After setting up the storyline with the AI assistant, users must place an order to proceed with the book's generation.
- Only after payment is completed will our AI agents train the custom AI model, generate the book's text and illustrations, and produce the initial version of the story within 24 hours.

By placing an order, users agree to the pricing, payment terms, and the non-refundable nature of the book once the AI generation process begins.
• Shipping Process and Timelines
- Once a book has been finalized, it is sent to our printing partners for production.
- Orders are then shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Customers will receive an email notification when their order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
- Delivery is typically completed within 6 business days after finalization of the order.
• Shipping Partners
- Switzerland: Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post.
- European Union: Shipments are fulfilled by carriers such as GLS, DPD, or DHL.
• Shipping Costs and Availability
- Shipping costs are currently included in the all-in-one price of the book.
- We currently deliver to Switzerland and all European Union countries.
- Shipping to additional regions is not available at this time.
• Delivery Estimates and Limitations
- While we strive to meet the estimated 6-business-day delivery timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local courier delays, or force majeure events.
• Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order before it has been sent to our printing partner by contacting us at mail@storique.ai.
- We will respond to cancellation requests within 24 hours.
- A partial refund will be issued, as certain costs related to AI model training and content generation are non-refundable.
- Once the book has been forwarded to our printing partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Refund Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of our books, full refunds cannot be granted.
- If you are dissatisfied with the physical book you received, please contact us at mail@storique.ai, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
• Damaged or Defective Products
- If the book arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please email us with photos of the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed to be a printing or production error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
• Ownership of the Storique Platform
- The Storique software, AI models, and platform are the property of Halasi AI Lab and may only be used as intended within the Storique platform.
• User Ownership of Custom AI Models & Books
- Each custom AI model is generated exclusively for the corresponding user and cannot be accessed or used by anyone else, including us.
- We do not use uploaded images or trained models for any other purpose beyond generating illustrations for the user's Storique books.
- Users retain full ownership of their generated books, including text and illustrations.
• Usage & Modification
- Users are free to use, share, and distribute their books as they wish.
- If a book is modified using tools other than Storique, the "Created with Storique" statement must be removed.
Storique leverages a complex pipeline of state-of-the-art AI models to generate text and illustrations, including custom-trained models for personalized books. Due to the inherent non-deterministic nature of these underlying algorithms, outputs may vary slightly with each generation. This means that:
- The same prompt produces different results upon regeneration.
- Generated content may not always align perfectly with user expectations or initial instructions.
- Each AI-generated output will be unique, with variations in composition, details, and wording upon regeneration.
All images are generated in the signature "Storique" style. Users cannot modify the art style by specifying aesthetic preferences such as "Lego," "anime," or other artistic influences. Attempting to do so in prompts may lead to unexpected or distorted results.
To ensure the final book meets user expectations, our platform allows for unlimited text regeneration and up to 500 image generations per book. Users are encouraged to review and refine their content before finalizing their order. Once the book is finalized, no further modifications can be made.
Content Format Disclaimer
Storique is optimized for generating prose-based storybooks. While users may experiment with alternative formats such as poetry, we cannot guarantee the quality, coherence, or consistency of the results in such cases. By submitting prompts intended to produce poetic or verse-style texts, you acknowledge that the output may vary and that Storique assumes no responsibility for the outcome.
Misuse and Content Policy
Storique is designed to help users create personalized, family-friendly storybooks using AI technology. By using our platform, you agree to use the software as intended. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without notice if we determine that a user is:
- Intentionally providing misleading or confusing prompts to interfere with the functionality of the AI,
- Attempting to produce or promote harassing, offensive, or inappropriate content,
- Creating content that is discriminatory, harmful, scandalous, or otherwise violates our content guidelines or community standards.
Storique actively restricts the creation of content that is not safe for children. If we detect that a user is attempting to generate inappropriate, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable content, we reserve the right to immediately block access to the platform and withhold any associated services.
Additionally, we reserve the right to withhold the production and delivery of any printed books that are found to contain such prohibited content. Storique maintains sole discretion in making these determinations.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our Services, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user's expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halasi AI Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, or inaccuracies in generated content. Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for the use of the Services and any content produced.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Luzern, Switzerland. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be considered before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
